    PHASE 1 REPORT - QUALITATIVE STUDY - APRIL 2007

    ECMSA , MPI and GEMS Europe GmbH are pleased to announce a collaborative study to define best practice strategic marketing and to examine current practice strategic marketing in the chemicals and plastics industry.

    The first phase of the so called 'Qualitative Grounding Study', based on 30-50 interviews covering a cross-section of the chemicals and plastics industry, was presented on 29th March in Prangins (Switzerland).

    PHASE 2 REPORT - QUANTITATIVE STUDY - OCTOBER 2008

    Using the Phase 1 findings as a basis, we developed an online survey which has been completed by 264 participants from 86 companies. The intention is to repeat the online survey every 2 years.

    This report contains a detailed analysis of the quantitative survey results. The survey findings clearly validate the Strategic Marketing Best Practice, Focus and Mindset models that were developed from the qualitative study.
